We want you to love your Pretty Lavish pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags securely attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected and including any relevant dispatch notes inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal and drop your package off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
